Just one of many high profile LED retro-fits include the office installation at the HSE HQ Building in Swords, Co Dublin. HSE were aware that they needed to be more efficient with their energy usage.
As a major part of this energy drive lighting was targeted as an area whereby significant savings could be made in both consumption and maintenance costs. The HSE HQ in Swords Dublin is a hectic commercial location with a mix of open plan office areas, smaller offices, and conference and meeting rooms. A suitable LED retro fit specification would offer significant cost savings and virtually eliminate maintenance costs. However, major concerns existed for the HSE.
