The Spa @ The Royal Marine Hotel - Dun Laoghaire

The Spa @ The Royal Marine Hotel - Dun Laoghaire FibreLED recently completed the lighting installation within the SPA in the new five Star Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire in Dublin. Our brief was to create a five star atmosphere, a relaxed mood and relaxed and enjoyable surrounding using a range of Fibre Optic and LED lighting effects.

Fibre Optic feature pieces within the treatment rooms create with a hypnotic twinkle effect. The awareness to the notion of light therapy and sensory stimulation as part of an overall treatment within a spa was a main consideration here.

Cove lighting halo effect within treatment rooms, over pool and throughout corridors dressing rooms creates and adds to a very a sleek feel throughout the SPA.

Fibre Optic Mood wall within relaxation room again reemphasizes the sensory experience and adds greatly to the treatment.

Bespoke LED acrylic bedside stands and planter boxes create a unique and aqua mood to the relaxation room.

Within the wet area such as the sauna, the steam rooms Fibre Optic colour changing effects add to what is a truly unique and most effective lighting installation.

UCD – Arts Block Piazza

UCD Arts block piazza A public space within the UCD campus that comes alive at night. Feature benches with illumination internally, illumination of planters and planting various bespoke features combine to create what is a real feature area within the campus.

The LED systems were specified to suit the demands of weather, vandalism, safety in terms of heat and electrical coupled with the environmental issues in terms of consumption and maintenance. FibreLED’s role was turnkey from assisting with design to specification and manufacture of custom pieces and full installation.

Beacon Court – Imaginosity

The plaza and entrance to the new children museum at the Beacon is as you will see from the images very carefully illuminated using indirect soft lighting effects.

Notice the floating planters illuminated from the base with a hidden strip creating a halo across the path way. Notice the steps where the entire stair case in illuminated without a light fitting being obviously visible. FibreLED designed, manufactured and installed a bespoke lighting strip which was installed directly into the handrail. Again concerns such as weathering, vandalism light level were all part of the brief. The effect looks fantastic.

Texaco

We recently have recently supplied our fantastic and widely used FLPod LED for Texaco signage. As you can see this single colour waterproof strip light has brought the forecourt to life. The strong and powerful red attracts the eye and draws you into the premises. With such successful effects like this it is no wonder why the signage industry are using the FLPod LED system to illuminate all signs big or small. The FLPod LED range comes in single colour (white, blue, red, green, amber), a 1 watt luxeon model and now, new to the market, as a colour changeable strip in the form of the FLPod LED RGB. These LEDs that you can see used in this particular project will stand the test of time being durable, long in life and low on power. The Royal Marine Hotel

The Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire has been brought to life by our FLPod LED RGD colour changeable strip.
